Cancellation & Refund Policy
FTC Click-to-Cancel oriented rules for InboxDays paid plans — auto-renewal, self-serve cancel, and refunds.
1. Auto-renewal disclosure
Once self-serve paid subscriptions are enabled, your subscription will auto-renew at the then-current plan price for the billing interval you selected (monthly or annual) until canceled. This disclosure will be shown on pricing / checkout surfaces before you subscribe. Paid plans are Pro and Ultra. Checkout will be processed by our Merchant of Record (intended: Paddle, subject to a signed commercial agreement). Until that agreement is live, paid self-serve checkout is not offered.
2. How to cancel (self-serve)
You can cancel a paid subscription online with the same ease as signup. When billing self-serve is enabled in-product:
- Sign in to InboxDays.
- Open Settings → Billing (or the Merchant of Record customer portal / manage-subscription link we provide in-product once billing is live).
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
You can also email billing@inboxdays.com from your account email with subject “Cancel subscription” and we will process cancellation with confirmation. Access continues through the end of the paid period already purchased (including the remainder of an annual term) unless otherwise stated at cancel time. If you never completed a paid checkout, there is nothing to cancel.
3. Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time upgrades to a paid Pro or Ultra plan, requested within 14 days of the first charge.
- Thereafter, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a service-credit remedy is appropriate for a severe outage.
- Free plan usage is not eligible for refunds.
4. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically delete your account or mail data. To delete your account or request a DSAR erasure, follow the Privacy Policy instructions.
